Fountech Labs does not require you to include sensitive information (e.g. racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union memberships, genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health or data concerning sexual orientation). In the event that you provide such sensitive information, even by uploading any document, file or data containing such sensitive information, as listed non-exhaustively above, you acknowledge that you have provided Fountech Labs explicit consent to receive such information.

Any data that is no longer needed for the purposes specific below will be deleted. You have the right to request the deletion of any personal data that we have on you. Fountech Labs uses your contact information from the registration form to send you information about Fountech Labs and promotional material from some of Fountech Labs’ partners. Your contact information may also be used to contact you when necessary. Fountech Labs may use demographic and/or profile data to tailor your experience on the Fountech Labs website and/or any of its applications, show you content that Fountech Labs thinks you may be interested in, and display content according to your preferences.
